Shipping policies

We try to ship orders within 3-7 days of purchase (but usually sooner). Currently, we are shipping once per week on Wednesdays. If you place your order by Monday at 6pm, your order will go out the same week on Wednesday. After that, it will go out the following Wednesday, at the latest. If there is some reason why we cannot ship within this time frame we will let you know and give you an estimate of the ship date. Once your items are shipped, we will provide you with tracking information, if available.

We like to ship all items USPS Priority Mail. In general, we will try to ship in flat rate boxes, but for larger or unusual items other appropriate packaging will be used. Because many of the items we offer are fragile, we will wrap and pack in order to prevent damage in transit. That said, damage can still occur that is beyond our control. For this reason, we include insurance on all items over $20. Let us know if you would like insurance added to an item under this value. The cost of packing materials (including bubblewrap, foam peanuts, etc.) is included in the shipping price.

If you would like to use a different shipping method (i.e. your FedEx, UPS number, or a different USPS speed, etc.) please send us a message prior to or immediately after you purchase an item. If we don't hear from you within 1 day of purchase, we will assume that you agree to our usual shipping methods.

If you would like to combine multiple objects into one shipment, please contact us before purchase and we will give you an estimate.

Local pick ups, within Los Angeles, may be accommodated. Please contact us for more information.

We charge California sales tax on all orders shipped or picked up within the state.

International shoppers, please contact us for shipping estimates. Because international shipping varies so much and depends so greatly on location, we cannot offer international shipping at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order or if your item is damaged in transit.
